This group program is designed to get the youth player ready for his upcoming season. This is a two hour clinic each Sunday from 2pm-4pm each Sunday for four weeks. Our focus will be to set up different stations such as tee work, infield work, batting cages, and pitching lanes for the first hour. The second hour will be all speed and power work. One of the Arena Club’s personal trainers will take the group of athletes through an hour of different types of agility work, drills, and baseball designed program to build more strength and power. We will concentrate on getting each player as many reps each week as possible. Limited to the first 15 players who sign up.
